Bishkek, Jan. 14, 2019. /Kabar/. The second round of the group stage of the Asian Cup 2019 drew to a close in the United Arab Emirates, the teams that made their way into the playoffs ahead of time are already known.
The teams that scored six points advanced to the nest round early: Jordan (B); China, South Korea (C); Iran, Iraq (D); Qatar, Saudi Arabia (E), and Uzbekistan and Japan (F).
Kyrgyzstan has a chance to make it to the next round, because in addition to the two teams from the groups, four more teams that take third places with the best scores get a ticket.
Rating of countries that took third places is as follows:
1. Thailand - scored two goals, missed four (2:4), three points in the asset;
2. Syria (0:2), one point;
3. Oman (1:3);
4. Kyrgyzstan (1:3);
5. Vietnam (2:5);
6. Lebanon (0:4).
The final round starts today, in which the following matches are going to be held: UAE-Thailand, India-Bahrain. Tomorrow there are going to be matches between Palestine - Jordan, followed by the Australians against the Syrians. Afterwards, on January 16, South Korea is to play against China, Kyrgyzstan to meet the Filipinos.
