Revenues to Kyrgyzstan’s state budget from renting state property makes KGS 191M

Bishkek, Feb.4, 2020./Kabar/. By the end of 2019, revenues to the republican budget from renting state property amounted to KGS 191 million, Chairman of the State Property Management Fund (SPMF) of Kyrgyzstan Jyldyzbek Isakulov said at the press conference at Kabar News Agency.

He said the total area of leased premises amounted to 42,700.74 square meters.

"The Fund launched an Electronic Trading Platform. Today, the Fund has moved to electronic auctions for the right to conclude agreements on the lease of state property through etp.okmot.kg portal.

To date, the Fund has published 3 thousand 367 e-auctions for the right to conclude agreements on the lease of state property, of which 2 thousand 505 did not take place due to lack of applications, 862 auctions were held," Isakulov said.

"In order to optimize the work of the Electronic Trading Platform, taking into account the accumulated experience of electronic auctions, the Fund has established Auction Center state institution.

In this regard, the Fund plans to bring the work of the Electronic Trading Platform in line with the aim of preventing disruptions of electronic auctions to lease state property and increase the transparency of rental relationships," said the SPMF head.
