Bishkek, May 19, 2021. / Kabar /. Since the beginning of 2021, 512 cases of road traffic accidents involving children have been registered in Kyrgyzstan, the press service of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate reported.
According to data of the ministry, 17 of them died and more than 500 children received various injuries.
Although many children have been on distance (online) education since the beginning of the year, children continue to participate in road traffic accidents.
It is noted that there are three main categories that are involved in accidents: children-passengers, children-pedestrians, children-drivers.
Children die and receive serious injuries due to the carelessness of parents and drivers who are not transporting children according to the rules.
There are facts when drivers are intoxicated, these are terrible things. This year, growth has been observed in all regions of the country, especially in Osh region.
