Bishkek, March 18, 2020. / Kabar /. Russia’s leadership donated 7.5 thousand medical testing systems to Kyrgyzstan for the diagnosis of COVID-19 coronavirus infection, the Kyrgyz Embassy in Russia reported.

Russia also assisted in transporting 60 freight carriers from Kyrgyzstan through Azerbaijan, Russia, and Kazakhstan, who could not leave Iran.

“They were accompanied by representatives of the Customs, Border and other services of Russia. In addition, we are currently working closely with various departments of the Russian Federation to curb the spread of coronavirus. Since there are 11 different time zones in Russia, our embassy, ​​which previously worked seven days a week, is now switching to a round-the-clock mode of operation. As a result, it allowed to increase the issuance of necessary documents to our citizens by 2 times,” the report said.

The embassy also reminded Kyrgyz citizens that today, from March 18 to May 1, a temporary restriction on entry into the territory of Russia comes into force.

The embassy also asks the Kyrgyz people to pay more attention to information about the coronavirus and to clarify it and do not panic. Since now there are a lot of different fake information, especially in social networks.
