“Parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan were held on November 28, 2021. The absolute majority of international observers, including CIS monitoring mission, note that the voting was free, open and in accordance with the national legislation of this country.
The Kyrgyz side was provided with comprehensive assistance in organizing the voting of citizens of the republic on the territory of the Russian Federation: 21 polling stations were opened in 16 regions, including 6 polling stations in Moscow. I would like to emphasize once again that all the necessary assistance from our side was rendered.
We are confident that the results of the expression of the will of the people of the Kyrgyz Republic will contribute to the strengthening of internal stability, as well as the democratic development of this country under the rule of law, the progressive growth of its economy and the welfare of the nation.
We hope that the new composition of the Kyrgyz Parliament will continue the course of strategic alliance with the Russian Federation, deepening integration processes in the Eurasian space and building up joint efforts in the interests of peace and security in Central Asia,” the statement said.
