Bishkek, Oct. 5, 2023. /Kabar/. First Deputy Governor of Chui region Samat Ismanov met a delegation of Russian investors from TITAN Group of Companies JSC and showed them the potential of the region’s oil refineries.
Investors from the Russian Federation arrived in Chui region to consider opportunities for cooperation and investment in the oil refining industry of the Kyrgyz Republic. This event was the result of productive negotiations that began in July 2023 during a working visit of Governor of Chui region, Kanat Dzhumagaziev, to the city of Omsk.
Following a meeting between Kanat Dzhumagaziev and the management of TITAN Group of Companies JSC, the Russian side proposed cooperation in the field of compounding commercial gasoline in the Kyrgyz Republic. The company has expressed interest in creating a joint venture or other forms of cooperation.
Investors from the TITAN Group of Companies visited oil refineries in Chui region, including the Kemin oil refinery, the Tokmok oil refinery and the Kara-Balta Junda oil refinery. They carefully considered the possibility of purchasing factories and other investment options.
