On the website of the National Bank of the republic, the official exchange rate is KGS 1.0545.
According to Russian media, the ruble exchange rate collapsed at the beginning of Thursday morning trading after Russian President Vladimir Putin's statements about the decision on a special military operation in Donbass: the dollar jumped above 84 rubles for the first time since January 2016 and the euro jumped above 95 rubles for the first time since December 2014.
