Bishkek, Oct. 23, 2021 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov, during a press conference for the media, commented on the situation with the closure of the land border with Kazakhstan.
He said that the border is closed unilaterally by the Kazakh side.
“These measures are associated with an increase in the incidence of COVID-19 in Kazakhstan. We must understand them in this situation,” he said.
To date, air traffic between the countries is open, however, the land border is still closed.
