Bishkek, Oct. 9, 2023. / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov today presented Chinese Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Du Dewen with a state award of the Kyrgyz Republic - the Order of Dostuk (Friendship).
The head of state noted that this order is awarded to citizens of Kyrgyzstan and foreign countries for their work to strengthen peace, friendship and cooperation between peoples.
“Kyrgyzstan highly appreciates your invaluable contribution to strengthening the Kyrgyz-Chinese relations of good neighborliness, friendship and cooperation,” he emphasized.
Sadyr Zhaparov emphasized with satisfaction the highest level of the state of Kyrgyz-Chinese relations, in particular the successful promotion of trade and economic cooperation, strengthening cultural and humanitarian ties and other areas, noting that this is a clear confirmation of truly good-neighborly, friendly relations between Kyrgyzstan and China.
In turn, Du Dewen conveyed warm words of greetings from Chinese President Xi Jinping.
The ambassador expressed gratitude for the honor and high award, noting that this award demonstrates the attitude and attention paid by Sadyr Zhaparov to the development of Kyrgyz-Chinese cooperation.
Du Dewen emphasized that this award inspires us to work with even greater dedication and make our feasible contribution to strengthening and developing bilateral relations for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries.
She focused on the fact that the Chinese side pays increased attention to the development of relations between Kyrgyzstan and China.
“Kyrgyzstan is a good neighbor, a good friend and a reliable partner for China. We are always ready to develop cooperation between our countries in all areas,” the ambassador added.
