Sadyr Zhaparov calls on Kyrgyzstanis to strictly adhere to all sanitary requirements

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov, having visited a number of medical institutions in Bishkek and Chui Oblast, called on Kyrgyzstanis to strictly adhere to all sanitary and epidemiological requirements and to immediately go to hospitals in the presence of primary symptoms of coronavirus infection.

The press service of the president said that in his address to the nation Zhaparov said that at the moment the situation is not critical.

“Nevertheless, according to the stories of some patients with whom I spoke, they were admitted to intensive care units because they had run their illness to the extreme, lay at home without seeking help.

Therefore, I ask you, if you have symptoms, for example, coughing or others, immediately seek help from hospitals. Our doctors have found a method of treatment that allows you to recover in 2-3 days, if you start at the initial stage of the disease,” he said.

The president asked not to be indifferent to the health and to get vaccinated more actively. “Currently, only about 4 thousand people have been vaccinated throughout the country. Vaccines are available. Residents of the regions can go to any regional center,” he noted.

President Zhaparov also added that the authorities will do the best to get out of the situation without introducing strict quarantine requirements.
