Bishkek, Aug. 31, 2022. / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov sent a telegram of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the death of statesman and public figure Mikhail Gorbachev.
The head of state conveyed words of sympathy to the family and friends of Mikhail Gorbachev.
