Bishkek, July 4, 2021. / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov congratulated the health care workers on their professional holiday - the Day of the Medical Worker.
In his congratulation the head of state said that the global crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic has affected the health sector and many other areas of government activity.
“At the moment, the main priority in our republic, as in other countries, is to prevent the death of people, treat the infected and minimize the spread of infection. After the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, the Kyrgyz Republic faced a number of challenges.
If this crisis is not resolved urgently and in full, it will have long-term negative consequences for the development of the country, negating many of the achievements in the field of health of recent years.
Priority should be given to the weakest and most vulnerable groups of the population.
Population health is a priority of state policy in the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to experts, today the most effective preventive measure in the fight against coronavirus infection is vaccination, as well as strict compliance with sanitary requirements.
Sparing no effort and health, the best doctors, nurses and sanitary workers continue to fight against this dangerous disease,” Sadyr Zhaparov said thanking doctors and medical professionals for their conscientious work for the good of the people, for patience, for loyalty to their professional duty, for caring for patients and hearts filled with love.
