At a meeting of the heads of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in an expanded format, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov noted that the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway should become a flagship project within the framework of the One Belt, One Road initiative.
The head of state emphasized that the implementation of the above project would be a significant step towards the full disclosure of the transit potential of the Central Asian region with access to world markets.
