Sadyr Zhaparov departs for Belgium

Bishkek, June 24, 2024. /Kabar/. President Sadyr Zhaparov flew to the Kingdom of Belgium on a working visit, the press service of the presidential administration said.

As part of the visit, which will take place on June 24-26, the head of state will meet with King Philippe of Belgium. On the same day, an official meeting of Sadyr Zhaparov with President of the European Council Charles Michel will take place.

During the negotiations, the current state and prospects for trade and economic cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and the European Union and Belgium will be discussed.

The official delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic includes of:

 Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeenbek Kulubaev;

 Head of the Department for Preparation of Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Presidential Administration Azamat Kadyraliev;

 Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Muratbek Azymbakiev;

 Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg concurrently, Permanent Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic to the European Union Aidit Erkin;

 Minister of Transport and Communications Tilek Tekebaev;

 Minister of Economy and Commerce Daniyar Amangeldiev;

 Deputy Minister of Finance Ruslan Tatikov.
