Kyrgyz president discusses issues of bilateral cooperation with Emir of Kuwait by phone

Bishkek, Feb. 23, 2021 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov had a telephone conversation with the Emir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah.

The press service of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that during the telephone conversation, the sides discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation.

In particular, the heads of state exchanged views on organizing high-level visits, increasing trade, resuming regular flights between countries, as well as on joint implementation of projects of mutual interest.

Sadyr Zhaparov congratulated Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah on the upcoming National Holidays of Kuwait.

He expressed gratitude to the Kuwaiti side for the assistance provided to the people of Kyrgyzstan by the charitable organizations of Kuwait during the 2020 pandemic.

In turn, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah once again congratulated Sadyr Zhaparov on the official inauguration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also invited him to visit Kuwait.
