Bishkek, March 23, 2024. /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov sent a telegram to Russian President Vladimir Putin in connection with the terrorist attack in Moscow.
“On behalf of myself and the people of the Kyrgyz Republic, I express my sincere condolences and ask you to convey words of deep sympathy to the families and friends of those killed in the shooting at Crocus City Hall that occurred on March 22 and resulted in numerous casualties.
Strongly condemning this crime, we declare our support for efforts aimed at effectively combating this evil, and stand for uniting the efforts of the world community in the fight against international terrorism,” the head of state said in the telegram.
