Sadyr Zhaparov flies to Belarus to participate in session of CSTO Special Security Council

Bishkek, Nov. 22, 2023. / Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov today flew to the Republic of Belarus to participate in the next session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO CSTO) in Minsk.

The session will be chaired by President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.

Members of the Collective Security Council will discuss current problems of international and regional security, identify upcoming tasks, and also adopt a number of documents aimed at ensuring the interests of collective security.

As part of the official delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeenbek Kulubaev;

- Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Muratbek Azymbakiev;

- Secretary of the Security Council Marat Imankulov;

- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Belarus Erbol Sultanbaev;

- Minister of Defense Baktybek Bekbolotov.
