Sadyr Zhaparov had phone conversation with Xi Jinping

Bishkek, Feb. 22, 2021 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov had a telephone conversation with Chairman of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping, the press service of the Kyrgyz president said.

During the telephone conversation, the sides discussed current areas of bilateral cooperation, including further steps to expand trade and economic cooperation, as well as joint measures to combat the spread of coronavirus infection.

Sadyr Zhaparov congratulated Xi Jinping on the last Spring Festival. He expressed gratitude to the Chinese side for comprehensive support, including the decision of the Chinese Government to provide the people of Kyrgyzstan with a vaccine against coronavirus infection.

In turn, Xi Jinping once again congratulated Sadyr Zhaparov on the official inauguration of the President of Kyrgyzstan and invited him to visit China.
