Sadyr Zhaparov hands over keys to apartments to recipients of state mortgages

Bishkek, Dec. 16, 2024. /Kabar/. Ceremony of handing over apartments built by the State Mortgage Company (SMC) took place today in Bishkek.

The event was attended by President Sadyr Zhaparov, Presidential Property Manager Kanybek Tumonbaev and citizens who received housing under the mortgage program.

In his speech, Sadyr Zhaparov noted that more than 40 thousand apartments are currently being actively built throughout the country. These projects will be completed in the coming years.

“You know that large-scale projects are being implemented thanks to state financial support, and significant budget funds are allocated for construction. In addition, measures are being taken to attract international and local investors to speed up construction and improve its quality,” the president said.
