Bishkek, Feb. 21, 2024. /Kabar/. President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov, on the sidelines of the first international multi-sport tournament “Games of the Future” in the city of Kazan, met with the head of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, Rustam Minnikhanov.
Before the meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, Sadyr Zhaparov left an entry in the book of honored guests. The parties discussed a wide range of issues related to deepening and expanding bilateral cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Tatarstan.

During the meeting, special attention was paid to such aspects of cooperation as trade and economic relations, scientific and technical cooperation and cultural and humanitarian ties. Sadyr Zhaparov and Rustam Minnikhanov also expressed a common opinion on the importance of strengthening cultural ties and sharing experience in the field of sports and culture between the peoples of Kyrgyzstan and Tatarstan. In this regard, it was decided to hold mutual Culture Days in 2024-2025.
President Sadyr Zhaparov congratulated Rustam Minnikhanov on the successful organization of the first ever international sports tournament “Games of the Future”, which became an indicator of the unification of traditional sports and advanced ideas in the field of e-sports, robotics and artificial intelligence.
In conclusion, the parties emphasized that the results of today’s meeting give impetus to the further development of cooperation and the continuation of a constructive dialogue between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tatarstan.
