Bishkek, July 4, 2024 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov met with President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Hurelsukh as part of his working visit to Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz president’s press service reported.
During the meeting, a discussion was held on the further deepening of trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian cooperation, as well as the implementation of joint projects in the mining industry and tourism.
Sadyr Zhaparov emphasized that in recent years there has been an increase in the political dialogue between Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia, which creates favorable conditions for deepening and expanding a wide range of cooperation between the two countries.
In this context, trade and economic cooperation comes to the fore, the head of state noted and added that for Kyrgyzstan, the development of trade and economic cooperation with Mongolia is one of the most important areas of bilateral cooperation.
The President concluded that Kyrgyzstan is conducting a course on the development of production of environmentally friendly agricultural products and can offer high-quality and environmentally friendly products that will be in demand on the Mongolian market.
Sadyr Zhaparov, noting the importance of further improvement of bilateral relations, invited the head of Mongolia to visit Kyrgyzstan.
In turn, Khurelsukh of Ukhnaa noted that as a result of the state visit of the president to Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia, traditional contacts in many spheres were strengthened. The implementation of the agreements reached is underway.
He emphasized that Mongolia intends to develop cooperation with Kyrgyzstan in both bilateral and multilateral formats.
In addition, Hurelsukh of Ukhnaa proposed to consider the deepening of cooperation with Kyrgyzstan on the development of transport, logistics, education and other spheres of mutual interest.
In conclusion, he accepted the invitation of Sadyr Zhaparov to visit Kyrgyzstan on an official visit.
