Bishkek, Sept. 20, 2023. /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov met with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the sidelines of the 78th session of the UN General Assembly held in New York (USA).
The leaders of the countries discussed current issues of Kyrgyz-Turkish bilateral interaction in trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian, scientific, technical and other areas.
The heads of state touched upon the issue of holding the next meeting of the intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation, during which the parties will discuss topical issues on the current agenda, covering all areas of bilateral cooperation and outline joint actions aimed at strengthening cooperation.
Sadyr Zhaparov and Recep Tayyip Erdogan agreed to continue active dialogue at the highest political level to deepen ties in all priority areas of cooperation of mutual interest.
