Bishkek, July 8, 2024. /Kabar/. President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov participated in the informal Summit of heads of member countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Shusha city of Azerbaijan.
On the first day of the working visit, July 5, the head of state visited new construction sites in the city of Shusha.
On July 6, President Sadyr Zhaparov took part in the Summit of the heads of member states of the Organization of Turkic States.
Speaking at the Summit, the head of state touched upon issues relevant to the country, such as the efficient and economical use of water resources, the introduction of energy-saving and resource-saving technologies. The president also noted an important priority of the country - interaction in the transport sector.
In this context, Sadyr Zhaparov emphasized that he welcomes the signing of agreements within the framework of the OTS on international multimodal transport between member states and the program of interaction in the field of transport. Following the results of the informal OTS Summit, the leaders of the countries signed a number of documents.
Having completed his working visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan, President Sadyr Zhaparov returned to the city of Cholpon-Ata in the Issyk-Kul region on July 6.
