Bishkek, Dec.24, 2024. /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov participated in the solemn opening of the Muras residential complex built by the State Mortgage Company in Bishkek.
The Kyrgyz leader emphasized that providing citizens with affordable housing and jobs has always been one of the main priorities in improving the living standards of the population.
“In every family, parents dream that their children, having received education and a profession, will be able to earn money for their own housing and start a family of their own. That is why we have launched large-scale projects to provide affordable housing. The first of such projects was launched ten days ago in the capital, where more than 500 citizens received keys to apartments. Today we are opening the Muras residential complex, which is a continuation of this project,” Zhaparov said.
The Kyrgyz leader emphasized that the work on construction of affordable housing will be continued with even greater activity. More than 40 thousand citizens on the waiting list for social housing will find their homes. Construction of new residential complexes will begin not only in the capital, but also in the regions of the country.
Then Sadyr Zhaparov handed over the first keys to the apartments, inspected the boiler house of the residential complex and the apartments of future residents.
The Muras residential complex is part of a large project that includes the construction of 4,700 apartments. At the first stage, six 18-story blocks with 510 apartments have been built, which are transferred to the owners through the State Mortgage Company.
