President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov received credentials from the ambassadors of the Republics of Korea, Cyprus, Croatia, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Denmark, the United Arab Emirates, the People's Republic of Bangladesh, the Lithuanian, Finnish and French Republics, the press service of the head of state reported.
Zhaparov congratulated the ambassadors on the commencement of their diplomatic mission in Kyrgyzstan and expressed confidence that their professional experience would contribute to the development of relations between the countries.
He noted the interest of Kyrgyzstan in further intensifying the political dialogue and bilateral economic cooperation with the aforementioned countries.
The president stressed that he is ready to fully support the ambassadors' initiatives aimed at deepening and expanding bilateral relations and called on the ambassadors for effective interaction, including in the field of investment cooperation, intensifying dialogue between the business circles of the countries.
Sadyr Zhaparov proposed to consider the possibility of creating joint ventures, since the Kyrgyz Republic is open for investment and is ready to discuss projects that will bring mutual benefit.
The head of state expects the ambassadors to work effectively, which will be aimed at the development and expansion of bilateral cooperation.
The ambassadors, in turn, noted that they are ready for fruitful interaction with the Kyrgyz side and intend to make every effort to implement all the tasks assigned to them in order to raise bilateral relations to a new level.
They assured that they would use their experience and knowledge to build up bilateral cooperation for the benefit of countries and peoples.
In addition, some ambassadors noted their interest in investing in the economy of Kyrgyzstan, in particular in the field of hydropower, digitalization and other areas.
They, thanking the head of state for the wishes, emphasized that in their work they will pay special attention to the implementation of the tasks assigned to them for the benefit of the peoples of the countries.
President Sadyr Japarov, once again congratulating the diplomats on the high appointment, wished them health, prosperity and success in their new field.
