Bishkek, Dec. 17, 2024. / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov today, December 17, received credentials from ambassadors accredited with residence in third countries.
The press service of the head of state said that credentials were presented by Ambassador of Canada Christopher Duggan, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain Luis Francisco Martinez Montes, Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia Jaap Ora, Ambassador of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria Mohamed Irki, Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Jemal Beker Abdullah, Ambassador of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay Juan Fernando Lugris Rodriguez, Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Rosalba Lo Bue Antico.
The ceremony began with the greeting of the heads of foreign diplomatic missions by the Guard of Honor, after which the ambassadors presented their credentials to President Sadyr Zhaparov.
Addressing the diplomats with a welcoming speech, the head of state congratulated the ambassadors on the official start of their diplomatic mission, noting that since ancient times the Kyrgyz people have attached great importance to diplomatic activity, always respecting and highly appreciating it.
The president emphasized that since gaining independence, Kyrgyzstan has been consistently developing political dialogue and trade and economic cooperation with all countries of the world.
In his speech, Sadyr Zhaparov briefly described relations with the states represented by the heads of diplomatic missions, and noted that Kyrgyzstan attaches great importance to the further development of cooperation with them.
In conclusion, President Sadyr Zhaparov conveyed warm words of greeting and best wishes to the heads of state represented by the diplomats, and wished everyone good health, prosperity and new successes on the eve of the New Year.
