Bishkek, July 24, 2023 . / Kabar / . A phone talk was held on Monday between Presidents of Kyrgyzstan Sadie Zhaparov and Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The Kyrgyzstan leader warmly congratulated Shavkat Mirziyoyev on his birthday, wished him good health and further success in responsible state activity for the benefit of the brotherly Uzbek people.
Zhaparov emphasized that a high level of comprehensive strategic partnership has been established between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan through joint efforts, and the work on the implementation of the bilateral agreements reached continues in full measure.
In turn, the Uzbek president expressed gratitude for the warm congratulations and wished the fraternal Kyrgyz people peace and prosperity.
The leaders also discussed topical areas of Kyrgyz-Uzbek bilateral and multilateral cooperation, as well as the regional agenda.
