Sadyr Zhaparov to pay official visits to Italy and Vatican

Bishkek, Oct. 1, 2024. /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov will pay official visits to the Italian Republic and the Holy See (Vatican) on October 2-4, 2024, head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic Muratbek Azymbakiev told.

"On October 3, bilateral talks are scheduled between President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov and President of the Italian Republic Sergio Mattarella, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic Giorgia Meloni, Chairman of the Chamber of Deputies of the Italian Republic Lorenzo Fontana and Chairman of the Senate of the Italian Republic Ignazio La Russa.

During the visit to Italy, the sides will discuss the entire range of Kyrgyz-Italian relations and prospects for their development, as well as exchange views on the international agenda. On October 4, 2024, a meeting will take place between President Sadyr Zhaparov and Pope Francis,” noted Muratbek Azymbakiev.
