Sadyr Zhaparov urges citizens to get vaccinated against COVID-19

Bishkek, July 28, 2021 . / Kabar / . President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov urged citizens to get vaccinated against coronavirus infection.

The Kyrgyz leader wrote on his Instagram account that all coronavirus patients recently admitting to hospital are those who have not been vaccinated.

"This is a heavy burden on the budget of our country, which is already under great strain.

Kyrgyzstan will soon receive $20 million worth additional batch of vaccines. In addition, treatment of one patient for 14 day requires about a thousand dollars.

By not getting the vaccine, you harm yourself, your loved ones, and the country as a whole.

In this regard, dear Kyrgyzstanis, please receive the vaccine,” the president of Kyrgyzstan wrote.

President himself received on July 23 the first shot of coronavirus vaccine together with his son.
