Bishkek, Sept. 12, 2018 / Kabar /. Sapat educational institutions (former Turkish Sebat educational institutions) will exist independently, Secretary of the Security Council Damir Sagynbaev told during a press conference at Kabar News Agency.
He said that, the issue of the transfer of the buildings of Sapat educational institution by Turkey to the Maarif foundation is not considered.
“Sapat educational institutions will exist independently and provide education to our children," Sagynbaev said.
Sebat Turkish educational instition in Kyrgyzstan have been renamed to Sapat in March, 2017 and the Ministry of Education of Kyrgyzstan became cofounder of these schools and lyceums to remove suspicions from the educational institution in the "terrorist threat" and relation to FETO ( Fetullah Terrorist Organization).
There are about 30 educational institutions operating in the network of Sebat in Kyrgyzstan. A total of about 12,000 people study there.
