Sarkisyan and Zheenbekov discuss the agenda of the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council

Bishkek, March 7 / Kabar /. Tigran Sargsyan, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) met with Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Zheenbekov. The sides discussed the agenda of the upcoming meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, which will be held on March 7 in Bishkek.

The heads of the governments of the EEU states-members will consider the issues related to the implementation of the digital agenda of the Eurasian Economic Union, support of promising industries that have the greatest integration potential, and the development of the agro-industrial complex.

Following the meeting of the Eurasian intergovernmental council, the prime ministers of EEU member-states will sign a number of documents and made a statement for the press.

The Kyrgyz prime minister stressed that the Eurasian Economic Union is an integration association that provides a broad opportunity for maintaining a direct dialogue between the members of the Union. In addition, Sooronbay Zheenbekov said that Kyrgyzstan will continue to actively promote the development of trade and economic relations with the member states of the Union.
