Bishkek, March 27, 2024. / Kabar/. The SCO countries intend to create an academy of young scientists, Minister of Health Alymkadyr Beishenaliev told reporters on the sidelines of the International Medical Congress in Bishkek.
He said that ten days ago there was a meeting of health ministers of the SCO member countries in Astana. A memorandum on the joint development of medicine was signed there.
“Each of the participants has their own areas in which good results have been achieved and new treatment methods are used. Our common goal is to improve the health of the population through the provision of high-quality and affordable medical services,” the minister said.
The health minister informed that at that meeting a coordinating medical council was created and an agreement on the creation of an academy of young scientists was also discussed and signed.
