Bishkek, Aug. 23, 2022 / Kabar /. SCO Secretary General Zhang Ming expressed his condolences in connection with the death of citizens of Kyrgyzstan in a traffic accident in the Ulyanovsk region of Russia.
“On August 23, the flags of the member states were flown at half mast near the building of the SCO Secretariat. We share the grief of the Kyrgyz people and express our solidarity with the mourning declared in the Kyrgyz Republic due to the fact that as a result of a terrible traffic accident in the Ulyanovsk region of the Russian Federation, many citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic died and suffered,” the message said.
