Bishkek, Feb.2, 2018 / Kabar /. Film screening by Kyrgyz Filmmaker, Ernest Abdyzhaparov Sayakbay -Homer of the XX century, dedicated to the life and work of Sayakbay Karalayev, the greatest narrator of the epic Manas took place in Ankara, Turkey, the press service of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Turkey reported.
In addition to the film, an exhibition dedicated to the Kyrgyz writer, Chyngyz Aitmatov was organized.
Sayakbay narrates about the 20th-century Homer, more precisely about Sayakbay Karalayev, the great narrator of the epic Manas. Recalling his own life, the narrator recalls the culminating historical events of the Kyrgyz and Soviet history. The main theme of the film is the mystery of the heroic trilogy Manas. Sayakbay Karalayev had a unique talent of being a narrator.
