Bishkek, Dec. 21, 2024 . / Kabar / . The second day of the Third People's Kurultai with the participation of President Sadyr Zhaparov started its work in Bishkek. The first day of the Kurultai took place yesterday, Dec. 20.
The event gathered about 700 delegates from all regions of the country. In addition, representatives of migrants living abroad and religious denominations are participating.
On the first day of the People's Kurultai 105 delegates spoke, who voiced issues reflecting the desire for comprehensive development of the country and improving the quality of life of the population.
The delegates emphasized the development of infrastructure and improvement of water supply, raised issues of social support for teachers, doctors and persons with disabilities. They also voiced requests to take measures to support agriculture and entrepreneurship.
The participants made proposals to allocate funds for the development of cities, as well as assistance in solving the problems of citizens abroad, including visa facilitation.
