Bishkek, Apr. 4, 2019. /Kabar/. The second meeting of members of the Alumni Association of Medical Faculties of Universities of Kyrgyzstan was held in Hyderabad (state of Telangana) on March 30, 2019, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
During the event, it was noted that more than 2,000 graduates from India who have successfully graduated from universities in Kyrgyzstan, are now completing practical work in the field of medicine in hospitals and medical institutions in India, take high positions in state hospitals in the states of Telengana, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Kerala and others.
Speakers warmly and gratefully recalled the years of study spent in Kyrgyzstan, and especially noted that thanks to the education they received, they had succeeded as “professionals” in the medical field and help the people. The good quality of education in the medical faculties of universities in Kyrgyzstan was taken note of.
The event was attended by representatives of the Kyrgyz Embassy in India, the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy named after I. Akhunbaev, the International School of Medicine of IUK, medical universities of Kazakhstan and Georgia, as well as more than 250 graduates of medical faculties of universities of Kyrgyzstan who received education in the Kyrgyz Republic since 2004.
The purpose of the Association is interaction of graduates, united by common interests, establishment of new business and friendly contacts, support for various initiatives of graduates, expanding the range of the club, which aims to become a platform and another bridge of friendship between our countries.
