Second People's Kurultai kicks off in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Dec. 15, 2023. / Kabar/. The second People's Kurultai (Assembly) of a state scale has started n Bishkek with the participation of President Sadyr Zhaparov.

The event is also attended by Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Nurlanbek Shakiyev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Zhaparov, members of the Cabinet of Ministers, state and municipal employees.

The people's sector consists of 700 delegates, including 640 delegates from all regions of the republic, 30 delegates from ethnic groups and 30 from migrant workers abroad.

The meeting participants will discuss the results of the first People's Kurultai and a number of current issues. As a result, a resolution of the second People's Kurultai will be adopted.
