Secretary of Security Council of Kyrgyzstan and director of Executive Committee of RATS SCO discuss co-op issues

Bishkek, March 2, 2022. / Kabar /. Secretary of the Security Council of Kyrgyzstan Marat Imankulov met on March 1 with Director of the Executive Committee of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (RATS) of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Ruslan Mirzaev, the press service of the Kyrgyz president reported.

An exchange of views took place on issues of regional security, cooperation in the field of countering terrorism, separatism and extremism, and the current practical activities of the SCO RATS.

In addition, the sides discussed topical areas and practical measures to improve the interaction of the SCO member states in the field of timely and effective response to existing and new challenges and threats.

Marat Imankulov expressed his full readiness to actively contribute to strengthening the potential and authority of the Executive Committee of the RATS SCO.
