Bishkek, Jan. 26, 2018 / Kabar /. A short film California by young Kyrgyz moviemaker, Dastan Madalbekov will be shown in Bishkek, the website of Kyrgyz cinema reported.
The presentation will take place in the House of Cinema in Bishkek, on Jan. 30 at 2:0 p.m. The film was shot by Dastan Madalbekov, a student of the Russian State Institute of Cinematography named after S.Gerasimov.
The admisssion is free of charge.
This is a modern story about a Moscow guy who is fond of rap. His parents are migrants from Kyrgyzstan, but the hero was born and raised in Moscow, and therefore he is far from the traditions of his ancestors and love for his nationality. The guy wants to fly away to California, but his father wants to “return his son to his homeland," to bring him closer to a small motherland.
