Bishkek, Oct. 31, 2018. /Kabar/. Prime Minister Muhammedkaliy Abylgaziyev took part in laying the capsule of the Silk Way industrial complex in Leninskoye village, Alamudunsky region, Chuy oblast.
The global trend and pace of development of industrial sectors dictate the creation of high-tech, socially-oriented industrial clusters.
In order to implement the program for the development of textile and clothing production, adopted by the Government, ALPHA CARGO, Opal Mining Co.Ltd YbHD Logistic Group and Saphire Artstone Group decided to create an industrial park, the government press service reported.
The industrial park is planned to be built near Manas International Airport. There will be 6 main sectors in the territory of the SilkWay park, including:
- zone of administrative and business development;
- customs and logistics terminal;
- service center for large vehicles;
- zone of industrial development and territory of administrative and communal development;
- park and recreation area;
- engineering zone.
One of the basic objects of the project is the administrative and exhibition complex, which includes more than 130 thousand square meters of exhibition space for the demonstration of samples of textiles, accessories and equipment, as well as products made by participants in the industrial park.
In addition, the concept of the industrial park laid the creation of a professional educational institution for the training of specialists in the clothing and textile industry.
For those involved in the industrial sector of the SilkWay industrial park, 216 thousand square meters of modern production facilities will be arranged, provided with all the necessary engineering infrastructure.
In order to create a favorable working environment for workers in production, there are: hostels, catering establishments and social and administrative institutions, as well as parking lots for individual and public transport.
At the same time, the construction of a hotel complex, shops and other facilities for the comfortable stay in the park is planned for the guests of the SilkWay.
The advantageous location of the industrial park will make it possible to simplify the logistics solution for the import of raw materials and equipment, as a modern customs and logistics complex will be created. This complex will provide a full range of customs clearance and warehousing services.
Thanks to the implementation of the SilkWay industrial park project, the investment attractiveness of the region will increase, the socio-economic situation will improve, and wide opportunities will open for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the country, the press service noted.
