Bishkek, Jan.30, 2020. /Kabar/. A single platform for hosting draft regulations has been created in Kyrgyzstan, Justice Minister of the country Marat Dzhamankulov told reporters.
According to him, to date, the portal has been launched for public discussion of regulations.
“This procedure is in place for today. But the citizens often complain that this process remains closed. Now all the projects are posted on the websites of normative bodies. The citizens are uncomfortable to visit each website separately. The idea of this portal is that it will post the draft regulations of all actors in the normative processes," he said.
As peculiarity of the portal, Marat Dzhamankulov named possibility to observe the activity of particular state bodies, their response to the citizens' messages.
"We are now working on the issue to reward the most active citizens," he added.
