Bishkek, Sept. 12, 2018. /Kabar/. A Single Registry will be launched for the crimes registration book in Kyrgyzstan, Secretary of the Security Council Damir Sagynbaev told at a press conference at Kabar News Agency.
He said that all technical documents are being prepared for launching the registry at the moment.
“This registry will increase the transparency of law-enforcement bodies and regulatory authorities. The public and our citizens will be able to follow the consideration of statements and claims recorded in the crimes registration book online. It is expected that all investigators, prosecutors, and other law-enforcement and regulatory authorities will think 10 times whether to support that or another criminal, who committed a crime”, Sagynbaev said.
In addition, he noted that the Single Data Base of persons convicted of abuse of office and corrupt crimes will have been launched by the end of 2018. “It will be a rather efficient means of countering corruption”, Sagynbaev said.
