Bishkek, Aug. 6, 2021. / Kabar /. Sinopharm and Pfizer vaccines are expected to be delivered this fall, Deputy Chairwoman of the Cabinet of Ministers Zhyldyz Bakashova told.

She said that within the framework of the COVAX mechanism, the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine is expected to be delivered free of charge by the end of September 2021, and we also expect the delivery of 259 thousand doses of Pfizer vaccine in the middle of this fall. In the 1st quarter of 2022, the issue of providing Moderna vaccine through donor support from the World Bank is being considered.

“We continue to work on future vaccine supplies with our foreign colleagues through diplomatic channels,” added Bakashova.
