Bishkek, Dec. 24, 2020 / Kabar /. The Situation Center was officially opened at the State Customs Service (SCS) of Kyrgyzstan, the press service of the SCS said.
The event was attended by acting Prime Minister of the country, First Vice Prime Minister Artem Novikov, representatives of government agencies and international donors.
The main goal of the Situation Center is to digitize business processes carried out by the State Customs Service.
In addition, a call center will function in the Situation Center, where citizens will be consulted by phone, as well as by online requests via the Telegram channel and the official website of the SCS. This will allow participants in foreign economic activity and all interested citizens to quickly obtain the required comprehensive information.
The Situation Center was opened with the support of the OSCE, the Central Asia Trade Center Facilitation Program of the German Community for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the UNODC.
The functioning of the center allows to ensure transparency in all customs operations, as well as services to improve the efficiency of the State Customs Service in general, which will increase the level of public confidence in the work of the department.
