Bishkek, Feb. 15, 2021. / Kabar /. There is a lot of smuggling on the described sections of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek state border, Deputy Chairman of Kyrgyzstan’s State Agency for Land Resources Abdulat Myrzayev said during briefing.
He added there are many issues on the border. For example, livestock trade between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan and smuggling of contraband cargo is observed on the described sections of the state border.
"In this regard, the border services of the two countries have agreed to build temporary engineering facilities and are working to fence the border with iron wire," Myrzayev said.
