Bishkek, Nov. 28, 2021. / Kabar /. More than 12 thousand policemen are involved to ensure security in the parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan. The social and political situation remains stable, head of the department of the investigation service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Sultan Makilov told reporters.
He said that more than 500 veterans of the Internal Affairs Directorate also help in ensuring law and order during the elections.
“During the pre-election campaign and today, in order to prevent various offenses, 211 investigative documenting teams were created, in which the most trained police officers were assigned,” he said.
During the election campaign, 67 crimes and 76 misdemeanors were registered.
At present, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has received 15 complaints about various violations. All cases have been investigating.
Sultan Makilov noted that today the socio-political situation remains stable, under the control of the police.
