Social shops for population open in Jalal-Abad Oblast of Kyrgyzstan

Jalal-Abad, Aug. 3, 2022. /Kabar/. Social shops for the population began to open on the territory of Kyrgyzstan’s Jalal-Abad Oblast.

Thus, in the village of Masy and Kochkor-Ata town preparatory work for the opening of social shops is underway. Since Aug. 1, the cost of meat in the markets of Masy, Burgondu, Kochkor-Ata became 10% cheaper. Starting from August, 1 kg of meat is sold at KGS 470-480 instead of KGS 500-520.

Such shops are already opening in Suzak region, with prices for flour, vegetable oil, beef, lamb, watermelon, melon, rise pleasantly surprise local residents.

The main goal of the project is to create conditions for people in need to buy meat and dairy products at below market prices.
