Bishkek, May 29, 2022. / Kabar /. A solemn meeting dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic was held today in Bishkek.
The event was attended by President of the Kyrgyz Republic - Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Sadyr Zhaparov.
The head of state toured a thematic photo exhibition and an exhibition of small arms, engineer equipment and radio stations.
In his speech, the Commander-in-Chief also congratulated the servicemen and veterans of the Armed Forces on the anniversary, noted the achievements of the army over the years of independence, and also outlined plans for the strategic development of the country's defense capability.
In addition, for conscientious performance of official duties, exemplary military discipline, excellent indicators of combat training, and also in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Armed Forces, on behalf of the President, gratitude was announced to several servicemen.
The event ended with a festive concert performed by local pop artists.
