Сonflict between administration and workers of Full Gold Mining solved

Bishkek, Jan. 10, 2018 / Kabar /. The administration of Full Gold Mining LLC and the Central Committee of Mining and Metallurgical Trade Union of Kyrgyzstan reached reconciliation on controversial issues, where labor contracts with 370 workers of the enterprise were not prolonged, the press service of the Kyrgyz State Committee of Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use reported.

As of January 1, 2018, labor agreeements with these employees will be extended. In near future workers will start their work.

The company undertook obligation to pay all necessary extra charges and additional payments (for high-altitude coefficient, allowances for the shift method and for harmful working conditions, etc.), and provide workers with three hot meals a day.

At the same time, the salary level of employees will not be reduced compared to the previous one.

Workers will start working from January 15.
