President Jeenbekov: May our good wishes made during Ramadan be fulfilled

Bishkek, May 23, 2020 / Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov congratulated the Kyrgyz people on Orozo Ait holiday.

The president’s press service reported in his congratulation message President Jeenbekov said that during all the days of the holy month, Muslims of our independent country observed the fast, addressed the Almighty with prayer for the well-being and prosperity of the entire people of the country, sought to purify the body and soul, thoughts and intentions.

“This year we had to spend the blessed days of the holy month of Ramadan in conditions of self-isolation due to the global pandemic of the coronavirus.

For the sake of preserving the health and life of the people, and also in order to prevent the spread of the virus, we complied with all the necessary medical requirements, and observed strict discipline,” he said expressing appreciation for understanding of the current situation, for observing the rules and recommendations.

In his congratulation message Jeenbekov highly appreciated the work of medical workers, law enforcement officials and military personnel.

He also thanked all compatriots who voluntarily supported the efforts of state bodies in this struggle.

“Thanks to joint coordinated work, we managed to keep the situation under control. Today, the most of infected people have been recovering.

Many restrictions on the activities of entrepreneurship in everyday life have been lifted.

All sectors of the economy have resumed their work, and communication in everyday life is already starting to get into the usual way.

At the same time, we continue to closely monitor the situation in the world. It is possible that at any moment the situation may change dramatically,” the Kyrgyz President said and asked to continue to observe the enhanced regime of protective measures against the virus.

He stressed that the goal is to prevent the further spread of the virus and preserve the results of hard work over the months of quarantine, which were achieved thanks to unity and coordinated actions.

“Until now, certain restrictions and tight control by state bodies have been introduced.

Now it's time to strengthen the personal responsibility of each of us.

The irresponsibility and carelessness of one person can harm hundreds of people,” Jeenbekov noted asking to be highly responsible for the current situation and not to be indifferent to the health of society.

The President expressed confidence that Kyrgyzstan will worthily get out of this difficult test that the entire world community has faced.

“Our main tool in this struggle is unity and discipline,” he stressed wishing his nation good health, happiness and success.

“May our good wishes come true! May the Most High protect our Kyrgyzstan and peace and prosperity always reign on our fertile land! ”, President Jeenbekov said.
